Go out of country travelling

I am going out of the country for 6 months and I want to suspend the service on my phone for 6 months so that I will not be billed while I am away and not using the public mobile service. Thank you very much. Sincerely Leticia

You have no customer service number n if you do please call me

My mother phone number isnt working and we r trying to figure out the problem with the SIM card and there is no number we can call so if you read this please call 343998**** so we can fix this issue she is 74 years old and needs her phone number back please and thank you

Roming data out of canada , in Mexico

Still waiting to hear from public mobile about how to get roming data plan for mexico. Im very upset. I cant get a phone number to figure out how much is roming charges.

User's recommendation: Don’t sign up for public mobile. No one to talk to, to ask questions.

I paid for my plan since Friday and still no service. It's a new year and still can't log into this platform..

My international calling ad on are not working

My account has two international calling ad on and have unused international minutes. I am trying to call Saudi Arabia and the call wont connect. Keeps telling me I cannot call. Need to understand the issue or whats the point of having these ad ons
